Callpliance offers SaaS products for the telecommunication space. This Service is used for businesses or call centers with any call traffic to provide a seamless consumer experience while making sure call operations are up to standards.

Storage, Security & Data Retention:

Personal Information will be retained within our CRM and AWS services for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations and our backup, archival, and audit procedures.

We require that all authorized third-party service providers are under contract to handle user information under secure and confidential means including the return or destruction of any user information provided once services are completed or terminated. 

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy:

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with PII, please contact us at: accounts@callpliance.com . If we become aware that we have collected PII from children we will take steps to immediately remove that information from our servers.
