Prior express written consent is required for any promotional texts or calls made using auto dialers. 

What qualifies for prior express written consent?

It must be a clear, written agreement (can be electronic) That states the consumer agrees to receive calls or texts, and includes the number being called. 

How does Callpliance get written consent over the phone?
